What’s Your Excuse Again?

I love inspiring stories of people who defied stupifying obstacles and stayed fit. Or in the case of Paul de Gelder, an Australian Navy diver, get into the best shape of his life–despite losing part of his leg and arm in a near-fatal shark attack.

His story was chronicled this week in the Wall Street Journal.  Despite continued rehab, Paul is up at 5 a.m. every day, and works out vigorously–in the gym and on the beach near his home.

Check it out, then get off your butt.
