Okay, I don’t have quite that many squats for you today. Though there do seem to be an infinite number of ways to do what may be the best overall move in the gym.
And you should try as many of them as possible. All essentially work the same major muscle groups: legs, butt, back, shoulders, core. But the variations also “surprise” those muscles–working them differently and preventing you from getting into a rut.
