Lie on your left side with your left leg bent comfortably and your right leg straight.
Lift your right leg to about 45 degrees (15 reps)
Rotate right leg behind you, touching your toe to the ground, then raise it and rotate towards the front, touching your heel to the ground (10 each front and back)
Still lying on your left side, place your right palm on the floor in front of you (thumb towards your chest) and straighten out your left arm so it is reaching upward. Now push yourself up with that right arm. To challenge yourself, do it while lifting your left arm and right leg. (10 reps)
Now turn one all fours (hands and knees) and, alternating legs, do straight-leg and bent-leg kicks (3 sets, 15 reps with each leg)
Balance on your elbows and feet (hold 1 minute)
Give me 15!
The Other Side
Now, move onto your right side and repeat the Leg Lifts and e
Big Tight-Ab Finish!
20 bicycle crunches
20 Leg Lifts (hands under your back for support)
You know you love it. Or you will tomorrow.
