Tighten Your Butt

Plank

Balance on your elbows and feet (hold 1 minute)

Push-ups

Give me 15!

Big Tight-Ab Finish!

20 crunches

20 bicycle crunches

20 Leg Lifts (hands under your back for support)

You know you love it. Or you will tomorrow.

Challenge yourself!
