You already know working out regularly makes you more productive, smarter and more energetic. Well, now researchers in Stockholm have found that take a quick exercise break while at work can make you more productive and produce a quick brain burst, too.

As well as increase your overall productivity, especially if you dedicate some time during the work hours to break a sweat.
